We are Probolsky Research, a national research organization, and to ensure confidentiality, we are conducting this employee survey on behalf of Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District.
The purpose of this survey is to measure employee engagement, concerns, and aspirations related to working at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD). Employee feedback is important for making improvements to retention, recruitment, productivity, and organizational transparency.
Survey responses are anonymous and confidential, and results will only be shared in aggregate. Results by department, location, or employment status will only be reported when there are at least 10 responses. The Sewer District will not be able to view individual responses. Optional demographic questions are included at the end of the survey. They help to better understand employee experiences across the organization.
NEORSD will use the aggregated data to gauge how team members feel about their experience and to create actionable, transparent action plans useful to ensure the District maintains what is working and addresses what isn't.
